As Pamakane from Ocean Dreamer referred a couple to us, I eagerly anticipated capturing their special moment. The bride-to-be's mother reached out to help her future son-in-law, Hovsep, plan the perfect proposal for her daughter, Anahit. Upon learning they were Armenian, a culture uncommon in Hawaii, my excitement grew. The proposal took place at serene Kawela Bay on the North Shore, where I arrived early to document the experience. Anahit thought it was just a lifestyle shoot, but as Hovsep led her to the floral arch and presented the ring, her shock turned to tears of joy. Their families quickly joined the celebration with champagne and chocolates, concluding the evening by releasing a lantern into the night sky as a symbol of their boundless love.

Receiving a message from Andrea on Instagram ignited my creativity and excitement. She envisioned an epic Hollywood-quality same-day-edit for her wedding reception to surprise her groom, Chris. We planned to film her hula dance in a stunning location: the edge of a 50-foot oceanfront cliff. Andrea's sister, Selena, ensured our safety during this daring shoot. The cliff's recent collapse added a thrilling risk, but we pressed on. Unveiling the edit at the reception, Chris's astonished reaction, and the guests' tears of joy, proved our efforts were worthwhile. Andrea later received countless compliments, solidifying the impact of her performance and our magical creation.

At the historic Moana Surfrider, we explored hidden gems before heading to their reception, where a pastel sunset added magic to the day. Despite the language barrier, we skillfully translated and highlighted the speeches in editing. This non-disclosed celebrity wedding marked a significant milestone in our journey.

One unforgettable highlight? Our trash the dress shoot. With adrenaline pumping, I took the plunge—literally—jumping into the water with my camera to capture Aimee and Rich swimming in their wedding attire. Despite filming the day after the wedding, the final edit seamlessly blended with their big day, preserving the magic of their love and the joy of their Hawaiian adventure.

Originally from Hawaii, they flew in from Bellingham, Washington, surrounded by friends and family, to say "I do" in paradise.
Chascity had her heart set on a mountain lake vibe for their wedding, so we set the stage with an enchanting engagement shoot at the picturesque Kaneohe Botanical Garden just days before the big day. Their ceremony and reception unfolded against the breathtaking backdrop of the Koolau Golf Course, where lush greenery and majestic mountains provided the perfect setting for their love story to unfold.
